Home Care Roadmap is an independent information and referral service. We do not provide care, employ caregivers, or supervise agencies, and we are not affiliated with Medicare, CMS, or any government agency.
3. Care requests
If you submit a care request and give consent, we may share it with up to 3 agencies. We do not guarantee that an agency will contact you, accept you as a client, or meet your needs. You are responsible for evaluating and choosing any agency. Agencies are independent businesses responsible for their own services, licensing, and compliance.
4. Agencies
Agencies that apply to receive requests must provide accurate information and agree to separate agency terms covering lead handling, use restrictions (including no resale), disputes, pricing, and compliance obligations. Any fees are flat and set in advance and are not based on admissions, patient referrals for federal health care program business, or revenue.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t submit false information, submit requests for others without their permission, attempt to disrupt the Site, or scrape it.

We link to official and third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
